Starting the day with a hike of Mt. Dobong which has some lovely views, before heading for some Shabu Shabu where you make your own soup with meat and vegetables. You then wrap meat, veg, salad and sauce in wet rice paper which forms a self-sealing wrap this was delicious and well worth trying. After lunch, we headed to the Korean Sauna which has a selection of rooms at different temperatures and humidities my favorite was the warm one 60 degrees with a little bit of humidity, laid there for ages.

South Korea – Seoul Third Day Gaming Cafe and Korean Beer at Magpie
Today I visited a gaming cafe (PC bang) where I found out that if I wanted to play on any of the Korean servers for optimal ping I would need a social security number so I ended up playing on the Japanese servers. I spent a few hours here before moving on to Magpie Brewing a place that only sells its own Korean beers. I made sure to try all the beers before leaving.
South Korea – Seoul Day Two Korea BBQ, Bukchon Hanok Village and Seoul River
Had a walk around Hanok Village and Seoul River was then had some Korean BBQ which was great fun.
South Korea – Seoul First Day The War Museum, Chimaek(Chicken and Beer) and Drinking
Got in last night and sat down outside in the communal area where I met a few people staying here and was invited along to see the war museum.
War museum was really interesting and made even more so by the tour guide.
We then went out for some drinks and it got messy.
China – Shanghai, Skyline Night and Day and Goodbye
Shanghai was amazing, Unfortunately, its the last day with my tour group. We went and see Skyline, night and day. Had some breakfast and slowly headed off to different locations.

Another day another hotel this one seems nice so I best enjoy it before it’s back to hostels.
China – Suzhou, Craft Beer and Karaoke
Had some nice beers in Birdland craft beer and then off for some Kariokie.
China – Xian, Cycle Tour, Terracotta Warriors and Bar Crawl
Had an amazing day cycling around the city walls at Xian. The Terracotta Warriors are a great place to visit I would suggest doing this before the Great Wall though. Even managed to squeeze in a bar crawl ending in a club.

Nice hotel had a massive shower with hot water and reasonable pressure, you don’t normally get all three.

By far the highlight of the trip the best thing I have seen so far it’s hard to explain how big it really is.
